Designed around the Bronco's real constraints. Due to the relatively limited cargo space of the Bronco, extensive testing was conducted across four design iterations and multiple structural configurations to maximize space utilization and address real-world off-road and outdoor usage requirements. The result is a highly integrated and optimized trunk storage solution.
Aluminum efficiency, steel where it counts. This system combines full-aluminum CNC sheet metal fabrication with CNC precision machining, while 304 stainless steel is used at critical load-bearing points to enhance overall structural strength — light enough for efficient payload, strong enough for real loads.
A drawer that seats, too. The heavy-duty lower storage drawer supports a load capacity of up to 200 kg and can function as a seating platform when extended to three-quarters of its length — making it ideal for activities like fishing or simply setting up basecamp at the tailgate.
Hidden storage, zero conflict. An ultra-slim internal storage compartment is integrated within the drawer to maximize space efficiency, without interfering with the factory underfloor storage box — significantly expanding usable cargo volume without giving anything up.
Two-level cargo, real capacity. The upper cargo rack adopts a multi-structure design with tiered storage capability and supports loads of up to 200 kg, creating a two-level trunk layout. The lower section can simultaneously accommodate three to four standard suitcases, with partition panels that adjust for upper-tier separation or sit fixed at the lowest level.
Sleeps flat, camps ready. When combined with the rear seats folded down, this configuration creates an almost completely flat sleeping platform, making it ideal for overnight vehicle camping.
Protected on both sides. Side-mounted protective Molle expansion panels are provided on both sides, enabling attachment of storage bags while offering lateral protection during off-road travel — this prevents cargo from damaging the vehicle's interior trim on rough terrain.
