Products, Pricing, and Availability
• We strive for accuracy, but product descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing may contain errors and are subject to change without notice.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse or cancel orders, and correct pricing or description errors, including after an order has been submitted.

Vehicle trim level, bed length, factory options, and aftermarket modifications may affect compatibility. It is your responsibility to confirm compatibility with your specific vehicle before purchase, and modifications to the vehicle may be required.
Orders and Payment
Your submission of an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted only when we confirm shipment or otherwise notify you of acceptance. We may require additional verification before accepting an order. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order, including taxes and shipping.
Shipping and Risk of Loss

Many products are intended for off-road, overland, or vehicle-modification use. You are responsible for proper installation and safe, lawful use, and installation should be performed by qualified individuals. Improper installation or use may void warranties and may be dangerous. Traveler Mammoth is not responsible for damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper installation, misuse, exceeding load ratings, or use that does not comply with applicable laws or manufacturer instructions.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and the Traveler Mammoth name and marks — is owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
User Content
If you submit reviews, comments, photos, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with our business.
