This Warranty Policy describes the limited warranty coverage for products sold by Traveler Mammoth. Some products are covered by a separate manufacturer warranty, which will govern where applicable.
Limited Warranty
Unless otherwise stated, products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of delivery. This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
• Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, fading, or corrosion from environmental exposure;
• Damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, abuse, accident, or modification;
• Damage resulting from off-road use, overloading, or exceeding vehicle or product load ratings;
• Products not installed or used in accordance with manufacturer instructions;
• Labor, installation, removal, or shipping costs, unless otherwise required by law.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
To make a warranty claim, contact us at support@travelermammoth.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos. We may, at our discretion, repair, replace, or refund the defective product, and we reserve the right to determine the appropriate remedy. Some claims may be referred to the manufacturer.
Limitation
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY, AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ARE DISCLAIMED. OUR LIABILITY UNDER THIS WARRANTY WILL NOT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT.
