Manufactured from forged 6061 aluminum alloy with CNC precision machining, vehicle-specific data, and high-standard production processes, the wheel complies with European, North American, and Australian certification standards.
Fully forged, built for load. As a fully forged, high-load-capacity beadlock wheel, it delivers the strength-to-weight advantage that forging offers over cast alternatives — critical for low-pressure off-road driving and serious impact resistance.
More bolts, more security. The beadlock ring adopts a unique 32 reverse-pull bolt configuration, compared to the typical 22–24 bolts used on conventional beadlock wheels — added redundancy where it counts, at low tire pressures on rocky or uneven terrain.
Maintenance-friendly by design. The wheel itself features no internal threading, making bolt replacement and maintenance easier in the event of bolt damage or failure — no re-tapping, no compromised wheel structure from a stripped thread.
