Three components, one system. This product is reverse-engineered from the OEM vehicle structure and consists of a reinforced inner bumper winch mount, side radiator reinforcement brackets, and an outer bull bar assembly — designed to work together as a single, structurally integrated unit.
A winch mount built to be trusted. The inner winch mount is constructed from 6 mm-thick Q345 automotive high-strength carbon steel, formed using CNC bending processes. It's fully welded to 25 mm-thick CNC-machined recovery mounting points, with additional reinforcement ribs integrated at the base — creating one of the most robust and reliable winch mounting solutions available for the platform.
Your radiator, protected. Side radiator reinforcement brackets are fabricated from 4 mm-thick Q345 automotive-grade high-carbon steel using CNC bending, with integrated reinforcement ribs to prevent radiator loosening or displacement during off-road driving.
Bull bar built from tubing, not sheet metal alone. The outer bumper is formed from 4 mm-thick Q345 automotive-grade high-carbon steel, while the bull bar itself is constructed from 4 mm-thick seamless steel tubing, CNC-bent and welded directly to the outer bumper. Multiple internal reinforcement ribs are incorporated throughout to maximize overall strength.
Designed for the Grenadier, not adapted to it. The design is uniquely styled and entirely reverse-engineered for the Grenadier, utilizing 100% non-destructive installation — every mounting point matches factory geometry.
Visibility built in. Dedicated fog light mounting positions are integrated into the outer bumper to improve visibility in foggy or rainy conditions and enhance overall driving safety.
Finished to last. All components undergo hot-dip galvanization, followed by electrostatic powder coating for superior corrosion resistance — built to handle mud, salt, and moisture without breaking down.
